UP Budget Session 2021-22: Government passes the budget of 2021-22, session adjourned sine die, amid opposition uproar
UP Budget Session 2021-22 Yogi Adityanath government on Thursday passed the general budget for the year 2021-22 in the absence of opposition. In the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature, the budget was passed amidst heavy uproar and outflow of opposition in the Legislative Assembly.
Lucknow The Yogi Adityanath government was successful in passing its budget even after heavy opposition by the opposition on Thursday in the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature. The Legislative Assembly passed the Budget and Appropriation Bill. With this, the session of the State Legislature ended indefinitely. The proceedings in the Vidhan Bhavan were to last until March 10. The proceedings have been postponed ahead of schedule. It is believed that the government has already postponed the proceedings regarding the panchayat elections.
Yogi Adityanath government
The Yogi Adityanath government on Thursday passed the general budget for the year 2021-22 in the absence of the opposition. In the midst of the exit of the Bahujan Samaj Party and the Congress along with the Samajwadi Party, the government today postponed the Uttar Pradesh Legislature session indefinitely after passing four bills, including the budget.
MLA Fund Restored:
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna said that the MLA fund of three crore rupees has been restored to all the MLAs. Along with this, the award has been given to the Assembly Secretariat employees. They have received Rs. 12500 as prize money.

The Question Hour was adjourned in the Vidhan Sabha on Thursday. Meanwhile, the government has passed the budget of all the departments. In protest, members of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, supporting the Yogi Adityanath government along with Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and Congress, walked out of the House shouting slogans.
