A hearing was held in the court of the senior civil judge on Tuesday by the chairman of the Sri Krishna Janma Bhoomi Mukti Andolan Samiti and others, who claimed 13.37 acres of land of Khasra Katra Keshavdev of Sri Krishna’s birthplace. The court has now given a hearing date of March 9 on the demand for stay against removal of evidence in the royal mosque Idgah. On the same day, the court will also hear the appointment of Amin Commission.

On February 23, some people were called by the defendants, who were told by the advocate advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh to the court and an attempt was made to remove these stones on the walls of the mosque. If these stones are removed by them, then the plaintiff will suffer irreparable damage. The court has been requested by the party not to alter the nature of the said property in any way and in no case allow these stones to be removed until the advance date of hearing.
